The Department of Health and Human Services reported 12 new deaths related to COVID-19 over the past seven days in their weekly report. Three deaths were reported just from Wednesday. There have now been 2,728 deaths related to COVID-19 in the state since the start of the pandemic. New Hampshire health officials announced 2,098 active COVID-19 cases on Thursday, up from 1,708 active cases about a month ago. There are now 2,098 active cases in the state, slightly up from 2,008 last Thursday. Health officials reported 1,673 new cases over the past week, slightly up from 1,562 the week prior.Statewide on Thursday, 167 people with COVID-19 were in New Hampshire hospitals, up from 162 Wednesday.
